EDR celebrates another anniversary

Happy Birthday

 As we celebrate our 2nd birthday later this month, we take the time to reflect on the last 12 months and just how different the world is today. 

We have seen our landscape change beyond recognition; we’ve had to continually adapt our strategy to ensure we keep the business growing; we’ve faced all the challenges the COVID-19 pandemic has thrown at us; and reacted to the huge swings in commodity prices which has affected the entire energy sector and beyond. 

Meeting these challenges has been tough and involved the management team rallying around all our stakeholders to bring them together as a coherent body to support our clients. We have managed to do this with a convivial spirit, an integrated approach and strong leadership which has resulted in some incredible achievements for both clients and business alike.

We were thrilled to have appointed Nick Robinson to lead our dedicated environmental division earlier this year which has seen some early rewards and puts us on a solid path for further diversification. Our M&A activity has been quieter than anticipated but we have continued to form a number of key alliances which continues to increase our geographical footprint positively.

We have continued to develop our technology platforms which will see the launch of another highly anticipated innovation in the offshore market shortly. This remains a closely guarded secret for the time being. 

Over the last 12 months we’ve completed 24 operations for 10 clients in 14 countries which proves the EDR team has made a positive impact for those whom we work for. We remain an agile, lean and focussed management team with no debt and no leverage, meaning we can work with no conflicting agendas and in the best interests of clients.  

As we continue our strategy is still firmly grounded in the belief, we bring clients tremendous ‘value added’ services to support their operations across the energy industry. We do this honestly and transparently with an exceptionally talented, motivated, and experienced team of professional consultants.
